Sierra photographed and co-produced the upcoming feature documentary Breathing On Everest which brought her to Nepal in the spring of 2015 and again in 2016. Living in a tent at base camp, alongside some of the world's top mountaineers, Sierra captured the story of the first person with Cystic Fibrosis to summit Mount Everest.
At home Sierra has photographed narrative and non-fiction shorts with a strong sense of visual narrative and practical execution. She was recognized for Excellence in Cinematography by Montclair State University where she graduated with a B.F.A. in Filmmaking.
